You can Talk to Heaven too

homepic My communication with the Spirit world is helped by regular meditation and relaxation techniques, which help bridge the gap between the physical world and the higher realms of the Spirit world. 

Sometimes we find we lose ourselves and don’t know where to turn, we get caught up in the struggle and the strain of living our lives and sometimes forget who we really are deep inside. I have found meditation allows us to reconnect with the inner us and who we really are and want to be. All of us alive and living have our own Spirit, just the same as those who have passed over into the higher realms and heaven. When we learn to use meditation properly, we can find our inner true self, which is of course our own Spirit and once we find our inner true self and Spirit, we can learn and begin to communicate with other Spirits, even those who are free from their physical body’s in heaven.

The deeper we go into meditation means the deeper we go into mind or psyche, which again is our own Spirit. In the deepest levels of meditation we will see that each person and each Spirit is in fact joined and connected as one, as an example imagine our world with all its individual islands and continents. On the surface it seems that the islands are separated by vast oceans, but if you go deep enough, you will see that all the islands are joined and connected by the bed rock under the oceans. 

Some who have never meditated before will no doubt wonder what it is all about and may believe that being in meditation means they will not be able to hear, see, or be in a deep sleep state, however this is not the case. In fact nothing could be further from the truth, meditation is a state of heightened awareness, where we can be much more in control of our body, mind and Spirit. 

Meditation, hypnosis, and the alfa state are all very similar, in fact all three are born of the same thing, or the same state of being. It is true that there are lighter and deeper states, but all three are the same.

Many people who come to my demonstrations ask me how I meditate and how they can better their meditation techniques. So I have decided to share with you on this page some of the techniques I use to help my communication with the Spirit world.

I cannot promise that the meditations that follow will have you communicating with your loved ones in Heaven, nor that practicing the meditations every day will have you becoming a wonderful medium, but as part of a daily or weekly routine, you will begin to feel more calm and at ease. You will benefit through learning how to relax and it will help you to find your inner true self. These are all great gifts that are sadly overlooked too much in our modern day society and all available free of charge through learning how to use meditation.

Learning to Relax into Meditation

You may find it useful to record these meditations onto a CD, recording device, or have someone read it to you, because soon I will ask you to close your eyes. However after a little practice you will find you don’t have to close your eyes to enter meditation, hypnosis, or the alfa state but it is best to start with your eyes closed. simon-peters-theater-349

So, get yourself comfortable on a chair, settee or on your bed. If you are sat on a chair put your arms on the arms of the chair, or across your tummy and just make sure that your arms or legs are not crossed. Now let the whole of your body become limp and flop, relax your arms, your legs and your head, allow your back to sink down into the chair or bed, just let the chair or bed take the full weight of your body. When you are relaxed allow your eyes to gently close and become aware of your body, mentally allow your body to let go and relax. When you have relaxed with your eyes closed, imagine looking up at a beautiful clear night sky, you can see thousands of stars, there is always that one beautiful star, bigger and brighter than all the rest. Imagine this beautiful star slowly getting closer and closer to you, like a beautiful ball of heavenly warm glowing light. Imagine the warmth and the light or that star just gently touching the top of your head. Imagine what it would feel like to have this warm light of heaven gently touch the very top of your head and scalp, as it gently warms, soothes and relaxes your scalp and then trickles down into your forehead, feel the warmth sink down to your face, down through your jaw then into your neck. Let it gently run down from your neck into your shoulders, like a gentle trickle of warm heavenly energy. Imagine how the warm feeling relaxes your shoulders, then gently falls down though your arms, soothing and relaxing every part of your arms, your forearms and your wrists all the way down into your fingers. You can almost feel your fingers tingling when that warm ball of energy and light trickles down into your finger tips.

Now as you relax, you notice how your senses are becoming more aware and you can hear sounds which you would not normally be aware of. You can smell fragrances which you would not normally smell and all of your senses are heightened, you are more aware of everything that is going on around you.

So now let the feeling of that warm light run down into your chest, feel the natural rhythm of your breathing going in and out of your body, allow your breathing to slow down a little, just nice gentle, deep, slow breaths going in and out of your body. As you breath in think of pure peace entering you, as you breath out all negativity leaves your body and mind.

Feel the warmth of the light untangling all the fibres of your neck and back, let the chair or bed take the full weight of your body now. Feel how warm and relaxed your face and features feel as you let go completely, feel your tummy fill with warm relaxation and imagine the light of that beautiful star lighting up your whole life and body like a gift from heaven.

Imagine this warm relaxation flowing down into your legs, feel them relax and let go. Feel it gently flow all the way down into your shins and calves, all the way down into your feet and to the tips of your toes. Notice how heavy your arms and legs feel as they relax. Feel the warmth inside you, as you feel an aura of brilliant white light and warmth inside you and all around you.

When you are ready, simply open your eyes and realise you have been in an altered state of mind for a little while, mind, body and soul come together in this state of relaxation.

In this state, (meditation) your senses are heightened and you are much more relaxed. It does take practice to be able to relax completely but honestly, this is all meditation is, just calm, relaxing peace. However you will find hidden benefits in this state, such as heightened awareness, much better recall and even more sensitivity to the higher dimensions of the Spirit world which of course is all around us all the time, we are just not normally aware of it!

Visualisation Techniques

Once you have learned to relax, we can go on with visualisation techniques to help you further.

Now you have learned how to relax yourself, into this nice meditation, or alfa state, you can use some simple visualisations in order to help yourself further. I will show you one that I made up for myself and have used many times.

So after getting into meditation or alfa, relax and imagine walking through a gateway into a heavenly and most beautiful garden, with all of your favourite flowers and trees. Smell the fragrance of the flowers, the grass and listen to the sound of birds chattering and singing. Hear the birds songs getting louder and louder, feel the warmth of the sun shinning down on your face and body. On this beautiful summer afternoon, imagine yourself walking on a well worn pathway through the garden. As you walk you can hear the sound of water trickling nearby and you soon see the most beautiful stream. The water is shallow, calm and warm. Imagine your emotions being peaceful, calm, shallow and relaxed, just like the water in the stream you can see. Kick off your shoes and socks, and as you get close to the shallow water, you see the most fabulous crystals in the water in all the different types and colours of the rainbow. The sun catches the tiny ripples on the water and it sparkles like thousands of diamonds scattered on the top of the water. You see a big clear crystal stone in the middle of the stream, allow yourself to gently step into the warm waters. Imagine the warm water soothe and relax you as you step into it, you vaguely wonder how the water can feel so warm. Imagine yourself sitting on that beautiful big clear crystal in the middle of the stream. This water is special like the healing waters of heaven. Feel the water purify you as it runs around your feet, then as you sit there realise that all water is the essence of life itself, like the spirit of life, as it gently runs over your feet, feel all the tensions of your life quenched as they flow away from you in the water. Imagine feeling the healing power of the waters of life, you can see any problems or illness you have flowing away. Feel that feeling of new life energy filling you as the healing and warming energies of heaven run up into your legs, then into your whole body from the sacred healing waters of life. As you look at the water coming towards you, see how calm it is, feel the calm enter your feet, up through your legs and all the way up into your whole body. Look at the grass and the trees, feel the sun and absorb the wondrous beauty all around you. Feel the spirit of life and in this special place fill your heart with its grace and joy and as you become absorbed by the peace and beauty of this heavenly and wondrous place, you can begin to connect with your higher self. Begin to feel at peace with who you are, better than who you were yesterday, but not as good as you are going to be tomorrow. Forgive yourself for all you have done, wipe the slate clean, we cannot change the past, but we can and will learn from it. See the past for what it really is, just a series of valuable learning experiences. We are all together in one huge classroom of life and now we have learned we can forgive ourselves all we have had to go through and learn, secure in the knowledge we are better today than yesterday, but not as good as we will be tomorrow. simon-peters-theater-307We are all just children learning the lessons of life as we pass through our life times. 

When you are ready, imagine standing up and walking out of the water of life and through the garden, see yourself open the gate to leave the garden, just until the next time. Then simply remember where you were at the beginning of this meditation, resting on your bed or chair, gently open your eyes, and you are back into the physical world again.

After you have practised this meditation a few times you will come to love the wondrous feeling of calm and relaxation. Your aches and pains can feel better and you will have a new sense of confidence that grows inside you. You will find the more often you complete this exercise, the better you will feel about yourself and others around you. Every time you meditate you are connecting with your inner self and your higher self, this in turn brings you closer to the higher dimensions of the Spirit world which is a major part of all of us.
